JUST A LITTLE LIGHT

Put together alongside former Cellar West team-member and current The Grateful Gnome Sandwich Shoppe & Brewery head brewer, Nicole, "Just a Little Light" is a small, Belgian style Ale brewed with 100% locally sourced malt from Root Shoot Malting and Elani™, a brand new experimental hop variety with wonderful agronomics and high crop yields, bolstered by notes of mango, blueberry, citrus, and cantaloupe. At a modest 4% ABV., Just a Little Light features Root Shoot's 3L Munich and 10L Munich Malts, with a big hit of Elani in the whirlpool. Beautiful goldenrod hue, a kiss of honey-like malt, spicy yeast undertones, and lovely hop notes of chamomile and orange zest.
