We're proud to offer one of Boulder County's best brewery experiences. Located in our little hamlet of Lafayette, Colorado, our brewery Tap Room is an eclectic & cozy neighborhood joint with a bit of Midwest tavern flare - a nostalgic callback to our years growing up in Wisconsin. Our friendly staff welcomes you to the Bier Pub seven days a week for pours of our on-site brewed Ale & Lager, beer to-go, snacks, & Cellar West merch. If you're looking for a few al fresco pints, the patio is a spacious, shaded, informal open-air environment perfect for gathering with friends for a round of world class beers. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome on the brewery patio.

A mobile, fresh food outlet located outside of the brewery and open 5 days a week, Cosmic Coyote specializes in scratch-made snacks, tripped-out sausages, butterburgers, southern style sandwiches, fried cheese curds, and more. Vegan & gluten free options available!
