Belgian style Saison

6.3% ABV.

 

Our Saison with Pilsner & Munich malt. A soft body with a rustic medley of wheat, rye, and oats and some of our favorite European hops in the kettle. We ferment this bier in stainless with a house blend of spicy Belgian yeasts. Complex yet deft & nuanced with subtle notes of hay, apricot, peppercorn, & white wine, Farmhouse Saison is dry and effervescent. 2023 Gold Medal Saison at the U.S. Beer Open Championships, 2024 Silver Medal at Best of Craft Beer Awards, 2024 Silver Medal at the World Beer Cup, PorchDrinking "Best Saison in Colorado."
