COASTAL LANTERN

Our West Coast reimagining of Cologne’s famous bier: Kölsch. We’ve brought in some of our very favorite floor-malted Pilsner malt from Germany and paired it with a unique blend of classic Kölsch & California Ale yeasts, then fermented slow & cold for a lengthy spell. The unusual addition of Mosaic hops lends delicate berry & citrus notes in the background.
