SPINECHILLER

This wickedly dark and roasty beer is inspired by the 18th century strong ales made in London for export to the court of Catherine the Great of Russia, who had a fondness for massive stouts. Spinechiller is brewed with an overwhelming array of specialty black malts and oats. American hops lend nuance beneath a mountain of dark cacao & roasted grain overtones. 2023 Spinechiller Imperial Stout is aged in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels from one of our favorite Colorado distillers.
