To celebrate the brewery’s 7th anniversary, we went into the hop cooler with wreckless disregard, loading up silly amounts of seven wonderful varietals and piling them into the kettle & dry hop. Birthday IPA is a crisp West Coast India Pale Ale that leans light on malt but big on hops. With huge juicy tropical fruit and dank resin notes, this IPA is worth raising a toast to.
