WOOLFELL

Woolfell is Cellar West’s respectful rendition of Bavaria’s treasured Weizen. Glowing pale with a lovely bit of haze courtesy of the soft white winter wheat in the grist, imported German barley supports with crackery grain undertones. Sparingly hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh for some light spice notes, expect banana bread, warm clove, white grape, and candied pear character from the classic Hefe yeast .
