Oak Aged Wild Ale 7.5% ABV.

A 50/50 blend of Oskar Blues' foeder beer with a funk Belgian pale ale we had resting in a wine barrel with wild yeast since last Spring. Then we brought in some primo Pinot Noir grape must (skins, seeds, juice, and pulp) from the Willamette Valley of Oregon, and allowed the blend to re-ferment on it. Finally, to pay homage to OB's trendsetting as one of America's first hop-forward breweries, we dry hopped the beer with Citra and Strata.

Hops: Hallertau Magnum, Citra, Strata

Malts: Pilsner Malt, Munich Malt, Acid Malt, Sugar

Yeast: Belgian Ale Yeast, Lager Yeast, Brettanomyces, Champagne Yeast

Other: Pinot Noir Grapes
