Saison with One Hop Variety

Wonderful things happen when you combine a dry, spicy Belgian-style Saison with a hefty helping of potent hops. Single Hop Saison champions this approach by pairing one hop varietal with a blonde farmhouse ale base. This take features a newer American varietal called Cashmere, which lends notes of dank melon, lime peel, lemongrass, & apricots.

Malts: Pilsner Malt, White Wheat Malt, Munich Malt, Acidulated Malt

Yeast: Belgian Saison Yeast, Brettanomyces
