Farmhouse Witbier with Spices 5.5% ABV.


Our unique take on the timeless Belgian White is brewed with Pilsner malt and a large helping of wheat, along with a little bit of oats for a softened mouthfeel. What makes this Witbier distinct is not only the addition of fresh-cracked Indian Coriander, Curaçao Orange Peel, and Black Peppercorn in the whirlpool, but the combination of classic Witbier yeast and our Saison yeast during fermentation. Naturally conditioned, we think you'll love the layers of fruity spice, rustic wheat, and farmhouse funk.

Hops: Hallertau Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfruh

Malts: Pilsner Malt, White Wheat Malt, Malted Oats, Flaked Wheat, Acid Malt

Yeast: Witbier & Saison Yeast

Other: Coriander, Curaçao Orange Peel, Black Peppercorn
