This dark Holiday ale is our nod the the Belgian tradition of Biere De Nöel. Brewed with a medley of toasty, caramely imported malts and a bit of amber candi sugar, Christmas Ale is fermented with a favorite Abbey style Ale yeast and loosely resembles a Belgian Dubbel. We allow the biere to rest on real cranberries and organic rosemary, lending complex berry undertones and a beautiful winter herbs note.

Malts: Belgian Pilsner Malt, Munich Malt, Amber Belgian Candi Sugar, Special B, Chocolate Rye Malt, Biscuit Malt

Also: Real Cranberries, Organic Rosemary

Yeast: Abbey Ale Yeast
