Oak Aged Wild Saison with Guava 6.8% ABV.


This Saison was aged in oak barrels with wild yeast (Brettanomyces) for one year, then allowed to referment on real pink guava. Mild, citrusy hop backing provides a foundation for the funky yeast character and big tropical, tangy fruit element to dance around on the palette. Light on the oak, this is on of our best beers to pair with creamy cheeses and fruit preserves.

Hops: Nelson Sauvin

Malts: Pilsner Malt, Oats, Carafoam, Acidulated Malt

Yeast: Saison Yeast & Brettanomyces
