Inspired by a modern style of Pilsner being produced near Lake Como in Italy, Kneebone Italiana is Cellar West’s rendition of this burgeoning lager. Brewed with European Pilsner and Caramunich malts, we judiciously hop this bier in the kettle & fermenter. A fleeting kiss of sweetness leads to floral hop notes and a crisp, spicy finish in this unfiltered Italian Pils.

Malts: German Pilsner Malt, CaraMunich, Acidulated Malt

Yeast: German Lager Yeast
