EFFIE'S SAISON

Single Malt / Single Hop Saison 6.1% ABV.

One of my favorite Saisons to brew, Effie is named after my daughter, and this batch was released just in time to celebrate her second birthday. This farmhouse ale is particularly neat because we only feature floor-malted, Bohemian style Pilsner malt in the grist, along with an exclusive focus on Hallertau Blanc hops. Expect some lovely, rustic notes of wholegrain bread & spices followed by citrus leaf undertones in the finish.
