ST. RACHAEL'S

Cellar West’s beautiful Belgian style Tripel is inspired by our favorite strong, blonde Abbey Ales and is brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt & candi sugar, hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and fermented with Trappist Yeast. Almost as good as a De Garre Triple and some gouda on a cool evening in Bruges... almost.

Hops: Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfrüh

Malts: Pilsner Malt, Acid Malt, Candi Sugar

Yeast: Belgian Ale Yeast
