German Weizen

5.7% ABV.​

Woolfell is our respectful rendition of Bavarian Weizen. Glowing pale with a lovely bit of haze courtesy of the soft winter wheat in the grist, German barley supports with crackery grain undertones. Hopped with Crystal for some light spice undertones, expect warm clove and candied pear notes from the Hefe yeast.
